I am a Divorce and Separation Coach specialising in Domestic Abuse Recovery.

Having struggled alone through my own abusive relationship and divorce I wanted to help others in similar situations.

I trained as an IDVA (Independent Domestic Violence Advocate) and spent the last 12 years supporting victims of domestic abuse. I realised that there were still a lot of people struggling alone, getting the wrong advice and feeling overwhelmed by their situation – so here I am!

I can help people at any stage of divorce or separation, help them to feel confident about their decisions and support them towards a future that feels right for them … after all life is too short to be unhappy.
