I am a highly motivated, articulate and committed collaboratively trained family lawyer and Partner at Moore Barlow. I work with people going through difficult family breakdown to help them achieve a solution and resolution that works for them.
I deal with family matters including: divorce and resolving financial matters as a result of divorce; high net worth financial matters including those with an international element; and complex and protracted private children law matters together with child abduction and removal from the jurisdiction.
I have achieved the law society advanced family law accreditation in respect of private children law matters and child abduction. I deal with surrogacy matters including parental and alternative orders and surrogacy disputes.
I am also on the committee for Surrey Resolution having formerly been chair of Young Surrey Resolution. I am committed to the Resolution Code of Practice and working with clients following family breakdown to find the best solution for them to help them move forwards in their lives.
