The Nurturing Coach is a specialist therapy service supporting individuals affected by parental narcissistic abuse, including alienation and post separation abuse, and those attempting to coparent with a narcissist. We offer one:one therapy with our team of experienced (lived and professional) counsellors as well as free and low cost support resources.
The Nurturing Coach was born out of a desire for no-one to feel as lonely and unsupported as I felt when I was experiencing the devastating impact a narcissistic relationship can have on your life.
My background is child protection and family support and yet I felt so hopeless watching my step-children be used as weapons. We therefore focus upon parental narcissistic abuse and reducing the long term impact for children and adult children.
We also support people through the Family Court process with our Get Court Ready Ltd sister company.
