His work includes divorce and the subsequent division of assets, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, separation advice, cohabitation and relationship breakdowns, property ownership disputes plus disagreements regarding children and their welfare.
Having built up a strong client base over the years, Warren specialises in complex high net worth financial remedy claims and has acted for FTSE 100 company directors, bankers, lawyers, celebrities and entrepreneurs both here and abroad.
In addition, Warren maintains a niche civil-based caseload of claims under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 (“TOLATA”) as well as the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.
