Clacton-on-Sea
Clacton-on-Sea is the largest town in the Tendring peninsula and district in Essex. It was founded as an urban district in 1871. Between the 1950’s and 70’s it saw a real peak in tourists in the summer months and was really popular as a British seaside resort.
