🦔 For those of you who have lost fences during 🦔 For those of you who have lost fences during the storms, could we ask that when you get your fences replaced or repaired you get a hedgehog hole made. This only needs to be a CD size hole (13cm). They can be cut or also purchased pre-made 🦔 Hedgehogs are endangered and creating a highway is the best thing we can do to help, (and you can log it on the national register too). 🦔 HEDGEHOG FACT: They travel up to a mile overnight looking for food and are at risk as these routes are being cut off. 🦔 Hedgehogs have been around since prehistoric times and thrive in urban environments. 🦔 Across the UK people have reported that hedgehogs used to visit their gardens and then realised that they had stopped because their neighbours had new fencing put in and cut off access. 🦔 You can get such joy out of these harmless little creatures🦔who are the gardeners friend. The part which triggered me the most was when Shimon Hayut realised that his victims had come together and unmasked him. He went nuts!
