I help people to rebuild themselves, their lives and their business following life changes or mental health challenges.
I studied with The Centre for Coaching at The British Psychological Society in London. I’m a Member of The Association for Coaching and an Affiliate Member of the International Society for Coaching Psychology.
In addition to my Certificate in Coaching, I have also completed a Primary Certificate in Health & Wellbeing, and I’m an adult and youth Mental Health First Aider.
Coaching and developing others has long been a passion of mine, both through my professional career developing the staff I managed, and also through coaching rugby. I’m an RFU Level 2 Rugby Coach and have coached both adults and children, men and women, boys and girls. I also spend time undertaking voluntary work with young offenders.
